John Delvin
John is a former referee and experienced observer who has supported the development of local match officials for many years. As President, he brings deep knowledge and continuity to the association.
Lewis Gerrard
Lewis is a Level 4 referee with over a decade of experience, regularly officiating at Step 5/6. He works for the Premier League and also serves as a mentor to developing referees.
Mark Watson
With 25 years of refereeing experience and over 3,500 matches under his belt, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the Chester RA.
Jamie Holmes
Jamie is a Level 4 referee who brings precision and professionalism both on and off the pitch. As Secretary, he ensures the smooth running of the association's operations.
Jay Holmes
Jay is a Level 5 referee who plays a vital role in the financial management of the association. As Treasurer, he ensures that membership funds are carefully managed.
